Our Offices in Rockford, Il and Chambersburg, PA have recently doubled their size to better service their customers.

Lean Manufacturing Initiative
To improve efficiencies and lower costs, VAD has begun to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts at all our facilities.

We’ve initiated relationships with MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering), WMEP (Wisconsin Extension Partnership) and MANTEC (in Pennsylvania) to begin the educational process.

Our goal is to realize continuous and measurable improvement by conducting 5-S and Kaizen events.

Bent Tubes—a division of Value Added Distributors—provides its O.E.M. Customers with bent tubing solutions for both Hydraulic (fluid) systems, and for Structural (hard pipe) systems.

The addition of the Bent Tubes Division enables VAD to engineer complete custom kitting solutions, as well as customize individual parts.

Bent Tubes has expanded it’s capabilities with 3 Hydraulic tube benders, insuring timely and complete solutions for its O.E.M. Customers' Hydraulic and Structural tubing needs.
