Current Positions Available
Technical Sales Representative - Shawano, WI
Technical Inside Sales Representatives must work with Value Added Distributor’s (VAD’s) outside sales reps, walk-in customers, venders and co-workers to profitably grow the business. They will seek to understand customer relationships in order to recognize and take advantage of opportunities, while improving internal processes within VAD.
Other responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Promptly answer and respond to incoming phone calls from customers and vendors
Effectively process orders and quotes according to VAD protocol
Conscientiously update and organize customer files and contracts
Work with Shipping and Receiving department to efficiently manage delivery times
Maintain customer accounts and efficiently process customer and vender returns and credits
Assisting with all other office duties as required
Education, Experience, and Abilities:
2 year post secondary degree or 5 years related experience preferred
Competency with Microsoft Office software
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Hydraulic Products is preferred
Highly organized with a sense of urgency
Strong and proven team building, leading and mentoring skills
Excellent decision-making abilities
Professional attitude with effective oral and written communication skills
