NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR - Green Bay, WI

We are an innovative and rapidly expanding hydraulic component fabrication, tube bending and power transmission distribution company with 12 locations.  We are looking for a technical leader on our operations team.

This position requires the ability to install and administrate the voice and data technologies supporting the business.  This person is expected to address complex technical support and provide innovative solutions for all business departments.  The Network Administrator will possess a detailed understanding of applied technologies and will support both the system and its users.  The ideal candidate can communicate effectively, resolve issues as they arise and demonstrate the ability to lead projects of great complexity.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage security solutions including firewall and anti-virus
• Acquire, install and manage all network hardware and equipment
• Perform all LAN hardware and software upgrades
• Perform network design, installation and capacity planning
• Research products, services and standards to continuously improve network function
• Interact and negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure network products and services
• Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for network administration, appropriate use of the network as well as disaster recovery
• Manage network assets including maintainenance of component inventory; documentation of technical specifications
• Perform server and security audits
• Monitor, test and report on network performance

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

• Net+ Certified
• Experience with Microsoft Systems
• Experience with network and server/pc operating systems including Windows XP; Server and Active Directory 2003 and Exchange 2007; Access and SQL
• Experience with current network hardware, fiber optics and industry standards
• Experience with hands-on hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to maintain appropriate lines of communication with various departments
• Ability to research netowrking issues and products as required
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Must be highly motivated and self-directed with a keen attention to detail
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

HYDRAULIC DESIGN TECHNICIAN - Rockford, IL

The primary responsibility of the Hydraulic Design Technician is to support and assist in the manufacturing of hydraulic power units and systems.  This position involves working closely with both clients and vendors regarding power unit design details and lead times.  You'll  need to create work orders, select parts, expedite and solve production issues should they arise.  Shop floor machine layout and assembly work is a must.  Some travel may be required.

As a Hydraulic Design Technician you should possess a sound understanding of hydraulic systems and the ability to interpret hydraulic schematics.  Must be able to manage a strong workload with shifting project deadlines; document labor, inventory and quality measurements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years fluid power service, repair or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organized and able to lift up to 75lbs

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates Degree in Fluid Power or 3-5 years fluid power experience
• Achieved a technical Fluid Power Certification
• AutoCAD experience

FABRICATION TECHNICIAN - Rockford, IL

We're looking for a motivated, energetic person to fill a Fabricator/Assembler position in our Rockford branch.  This individual must be reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.  Excellent customer service is expected and customer relations is part of the position.  Responsibilities will include light machining, welding, pipe fitting and general assembly.  Electrical experience is a plus.  Hydraulic experience also a plus.    We are an EOE.
