Our Offices in Rockford, Il and Chambersburg, PA have recently doubled their size to better service their customers.

Lean Manufacturing Initiative
To improve efficiencies and lower costs, VAD has begun to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts at all our facilities.

We’ve initiated relationships with MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering), WMEP (Wisconsin Extension Partnership) and MANTEC (in Pennsylvania) to begin the educational process.

Our goal is to realize continuous and measurable improvement by conducting 5-S and Kaizen events.


Kitting Solutions Custom kits can be built with all components required for your specific application. Kits can include special labeling; build sheets, sub-assemblies, unique packaging or any other special requirements specific to your needs. VAD’s Bent Tubes Division can engineer complete kitting solutions for all of your Fluid and Structural needs, too.
