Our Offices in Rockford, Il and Chambersburg, PA have recently doubled their size to better service their customers.

Lean Manufacturing Initiative
To improve efficiencies and lower costs, VAD has begun to apply Lean Manufacturing concepts at all our facilities.

We’ve initiated relationships with MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering), WMEP (Wisconsin Extension Partnership) and MANTEC (in Pennsylvania) to begin the educational process.

Our goal is to realize continuous and measurable improvement by conducting 5-S and Kaizen events.

Value Express is set up with our customers in mind. We understand the importance of assembly time to meet production demands. Value Express serves all divisions of Value Added's family including: Transmotion, Bent Tubes and Power Systems.
